Anna Lappé '95 is an expert on food systems, a sustainable food advocate, and the author of “Diet for a Hot Planet.” Dawn King, a lecturer at the Institute at Brown for Environment and Society, specializes in the study of local and US food policy and politics, climate change, and agriculture. Together they discuss local food economies, big food corporations, and how policy can help improve what's on our plate.
